Version 2.2.5 setup problem corrected

A CUDA dll was missing in the setup files. The problem should now be corrected. Please download Version 2.2.5a and let me know if you have further problems.

- This version removes restrictions on the maximum number of neurons

- CUDA should work now on newer NVIDIA GPUs
